Founded by sisters Marja and Ishta, ZUS Design is grounded in a shared love of creating warm, inviting, and engaging spaces that foster joy, harmony, and connection.
“Zus” means sister in Dutch — an homage to our heritage and to the women who shaped us. We were fortunate to share a deeply loving bond with our Dutch Oma, Sjoukje, whose home was always filled with warmth, welcome, and gezellig — that distinct Dutch sense of coziness and connection. Her ability to create inviting, heartfelt spaces continues to inspire the feeling we love to bring into every home we design.
